Plans
Writerflow has four plans. Every paid plan includes AI content generation with a monthly pool of AI credits, and a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Reviewers and clients are always free on every plan.
Free — $0. 50 AI credits/month, 1 seat, 10 active documents, single-stage workflows, and unlimited reviewer links. Shared review pages show a “Powered by Writerflow” badge.
Studio — for independent shops. Priced by team size: $49/mo for 1 seat, $99 for 3, $149 for 5. 1,500 AI credits/month (pooled), 3 brand voices, unlimited documents, single-stage workflows, unlimited reviewer links, and email notifications.
Professional — $299/mo for growing agencies. 5,000 AI credits/month (pooled), multi-stage workflows, 10 included seats then $25/seat, unlimited documents, and priority support.
Agency — custom pricing. 15,000 AI credits/month (pooled), unlimited brand voices, 25+ seats, unlimited documents, multi-stage workflows, SSO/SAML, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager.
If your workspace is on an earlier Solo or Starter plan, it continues as it is — nothing changes for you, and there’s no action to take.
Choosing a Team Size on Studio
Studio is one plan with three sizes. Pick the seat count that matches your team when you subscribe, and change it later from the Billing page as the team grows. Every size includes the same features and the same 1,500-credit monthly pool.
Multi-Stage Workflows
Free and Studio include single-stage approval — one round of sign-off. If you need content to move through several stages in sequence (internal review, then account manager, then client), that starts at Professional. See the Approval Templates guide.
AI Credits
AI features — generating drafts, auto-filling briefs, AI revisions, AI Review, and editing with Flo — draw from a shared monthly pool of credits, pooled across your whole workspace and reset each billing period. Track your balance from the credit meter in the sidebar. See the AI Credits guide for details.
Annual Billing
Switch any paid plan to annual billing and pay for 10 months instead of 12 — effectively two months free. You can change between monthly and annual billing at any time from the Billing page.
Managing Your Subscription
You can view and manage your subscription from the Billing page in Settings. From there you can:
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Change your Studio team size
Switch between monthly and annual billing
Buy add-on AI credit packs
View invoices and payment history
Update your payment method
If your trial ends without an active subscription, your workspace moves to the Free plan — your content stays intact, with Free-plan limits applied until you upgrade.
