Plans
Writerflow offers four plans based on your team size and content volume:
- Solo — $29/mo for freelancers managing client approvals. 1 seat, 10 documents/month, single-stage workflows.
- Starter — $59/mo for small teams. 3 seats, 25 documents/month, multi-stage workflows and version history.
- Professional — $149/mo for growing agencies. 10 seats, unlimited documents, priority support.
- Agency — Custom pricing for large teams. Unlimited seats, dedicated support, custom onboarding.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Annual billing saves up to 17%.
Managing Your Subscription
You can view and manage your subscription from the Billing page in your organization settings. From there you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- View invoices and payment history
- Update your payment method
