How Writerflow uses AI to help you draft, fill briefs, and revise content.
What AI Can Do
Writerflow’s AI is built around the human-in-the-loop workflow: it helps you move faster, but you always stay in control of what gets approved and published. AI features are available on plans that include AI generation and draw from your workspace’s monthly AI credits.
- Auto-fill briefs — turn a one-line idea into a structured brief (“Auto-fill details with AI”)
- Generate drafts — produce a first draft from a brief, written in your selected brand voice
- AI revisions — turn reviewer comments into suggested edits you can accept or reject
- Brand voice analysis — build a brand voice automatically from sample content or a URL
Brand Voice
Before generating, you can choose a brand voice so the output matches your client’s tone and vocabulary. If a client has a default brand voice, it’s applied automatically — you can change it per document. See the Brand Voices guide.
Always Reviewed by a Human
AI never approves or publishes on its own. Generated content enters the same review and approval workflow as everything else, so a person always signs off before it goes out.
Credits
Each AI action uses AI credits from your workspace’s shared monthly pool. If you run out, you can upgrade your plan or — where available — buy an add-on credit pack. See the AI Credits guide.
