Flo is the assistant inside Writerflow. It builds the brief, writes a first draft in the brand voice you've set for that client, reworks passages when you ask, and checks the draft against your team's review checklist before a reviewer spends time on it. Sign-off stays a human action: Flo doesn't have an approve button.

How It Works
Flo works inside the same piece your team and client already share — the brief, the brand voice, the draft, and the review all live in one place.
Hand Flo a rough ask and it builds a full content brief, then expands it with the specifics a writer needs — audience, goal, key messages, tone — so the piece starts with direction instead of a blank page.
From that brief, Flo can write a first draft grounded in the brand voice you've set for that client in the Brand Hub. The brief and the voice are already attached to the piece, so there's nothing to re-paste into a separate chat window.
When a revision comes back, chat with Flo right in the editor to track down the passage in question, rework a section, or get an answer about the draft. Every proposal lands as a suggestion your writer applies or undoes. Flo doesn't change the document until a person accepts the proposal.

AI Review checks the draft against your team's review checklist — the one you write, in your settings — before it reaches a reviewer. The obvious misses are flagged for the writer to fix first, so review starts at judgment instead of cleanup.

Why It Matters
Generation tools made drafts cheap. What they didn't touch is everything around the draft: the brief that shaped it, the voice it has to hold, the feedback it has to answer, and the review it still has to pass. When the assistant lives outside the workflow, your team carries all of that back and forth by hand.
Key Capabilities
Sign-off is a human action in Writerflow. Flo has no approve action to press, and the named client decision stays with people.
AI Review checks drafts against the review checklist your team writes in settings. The same checklist runs on each piece before review.
Set a brand voice for each client in the Brand Hub and Flo drafts with it. The voice travels with the piece, not with whoever is writing.
Ask for what you want the way you'd ask a teammate: find this, rework that, what does this section say?
Every proposal lands as a highlighted suggestion. Your writer applies it, tweaks it, or undoes it. Flo doesn't commit a change itself.
AI credits are included on every plan, including Free. Current allowances are on the pricing page.
The brief, the voice, the draft, and the check — in the same place your client already signs off.
