Managing Clients
Organize content by client and set per-client defaults.
Why Clients?
If your agency manages content for several clients, you can represent each one as a client in Writerflow. Clients let you group briefs, color-code work on the calendar, and apply consistent defaults across everything you produce for that account.
Creating a Client
- Go to Settings → Clients and click “New Client”
- Enter the client name and pick a color
- Optionally choose a default approval workflow for their content
- Optionally choose a default brand voice for their content
- Click Create
How Clients Are Used
- Briefs and documents can be tagged to a client and filtered by client on the calendar
- A client’s default approval workflow is applied to new content automatically
- A client’s default brand voice is suggested when you generate content
- Campaigns belong to a client and group that client’s briefs together
Clients are an admin feature and are rolling out gradually. If you don’t see them yet, they may not be enabled for your workspace.
